Claude Abaka Minnow is the Installations Manager of E. F Anno Engineering & Plumbing serivices and also the installations Manager at Biofilcom, where he oversees all installations. he has been in the Waste Water Management and Sanitation sector for 4years now.

Frank is the Managing Director of E.F. Anno Engineering & Plumbing Services and the Assistant Engineer at Biofilcom. He has over 10 years of experience in Waste Water Management and Sanitation.
